Transportation Service Terms

Gamp Vision Transportation – Brockton, MA

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for using the services provided by Gamp Vision Transportation (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our transportation services, you agree to these terms.

A. General
  1. Gamp Vision Transportation operates school vans, group transport, and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) in compliance with all applicable regulations.

  2. All drivers hold the required licenses, complete ongoing training, and meet all state and federal safety requirements.

  3. For security, our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and, where necessary, video monitoring systems.

  4. Pick-up and drop-off points are designated and communicated to customers in advance.

  5. Travel times may vary depending on the number of passengers, weather conditions, and traffic.

  6. For school transportation, parents must ensure students are ready at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time. Vehicles will not leave early, but delays may occur due to traffic or weather.

  7. Only authorized passengers may ride in our vehicles. Parents or guardians may not board unless specifically invited by staff.

  8. All communication regarding service should be directed to Gamp Vision Transportation before contacting the school or facility. We expect respectful and professional communication from all parties.

  9. Student Drop-Off Policy

    • Guardian Cards will be issued for students in Grade 6/Year 7 or below and must be presented to receive a student.

    • If no authorized adult is present at drop-off after a reasonable wait, the student will be returned to the school for pickup.

    • Parents may sign written consent for alternate drop-off arrangements, such as with an older sibling or when visible from home.

    • Any deviation from the standard drop-off requires a signed request from the parent or guardian.

  10. Parents must notify us if a student will be absent or not using return transportation for the day.

  11. A change of address may affect route eligibility and service availability.

  12. Students with contagious illnesses are not permitted to ride with others. In NEMT cases, proper safety measures will be applied for non-emergency transport.

  13. Only water may be consumed inside vehicles.

  14. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service.

  15. All vehicles, drivers, and passengers are insured. Liability is limited to coverage provided by our insurance policy.

  16. Parents or guardians are financially responsible for damage caused by their child or ward.

  17. We may use provided contact information for service updates and relevant communication.

B. Registration, Invoices, and Payments
  1. Service requests may be made through schools (for school transport), directly to us, or via our online form.

  2. We will confirm service details by phone, email, or other agreed methods.

  3. New customers starting mid-term will be charged pro-rata from the start date of service.

  4. If a third party, such as an employer, is paying, this must be disclosed during registration. Payments are due by the 10th of the first month of service unless otherwise agreed.

  5. Invoices are provided by email or at the time of payment.

  6. Special invoice requests for employer reimbursement will be accommodated when possible.

C. Service Discontinuation and Refunds
  1. Service can only be discontinued at the end of an academic term unless otherwise agreed.

  2. A two-week written notice is required for discontinuation due to transfer or relocation.

  3. Refunds are provided for unused full terms only if paid in advance.

  4. Temporary suspension due to medical reasons may qualify for a credit toward the next term with proper documentation.

  5. No refunds will be issued for temporary suspension due to disciplinary action.

  6. Refunds are processed via check to the original payer or authorized recipient.
